A 25% advance payment confirms your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before departure. All inter-region transfers and arrangements are handled seamlessly by our team.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and direct bank transfers.
All payments are processed securely, and confirmation receipts are shared instantly. We do not accept cash on arrival.
15+ days before departure: 90% refund
7–14 days before departure: 50% refund
Less than 7 days: Non-refundable
In case of unavoidable weather disruptions (landslides, heavy snowfall), we offer rescheduling or travel credit options. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
